Privacy Policy

Raved ("Raved", "we", "us") is an app by Beat Labs FZE, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We don't run ads and we don't track you across other apps or websites.

What we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a user identifier and, depending on what you allow, your name and email address. This is used to create and secure your account.
• Your raves. The recommendations you save for yourself are stored locally on your device.
• Groups. If you create or join a group, the group name, its join code, its members, and the recommendations added to it are stored in our cloud database so members can see them in real time.
• Cover art & suggestions. As you type a title, the app queries public catalog services to suggest matches and artwork. These requests are not tied to your identity.

What we do not collect

No advertising identifiers, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, no location tracking, no selling of data. Ever.

Service providers

We use Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) to sign you in and to store group data, and Apple's "Sign in with Apple" if you choose it. Title suggestions and cover art come from public catalog services (such as IMDb's suggestion endpoint, TVMaze, Open Library, the iTunes Search API, and map search providers). These providers process data on our behalf or as independent services to answer those requests.

Where data is stored

Group data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore in a Middle East region. Your personal raves stay on your device unless you add them to a group.

Deleting your account & data

You can delete your account at any time, directly in the app:

• Open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm.
• This permanently deletes your Raved account and sign-in identity.
• Recommendations you added to groups may remain visible to other members; the raves stored locally on your device are removed when you delete the app.

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from your account email and we'll handle the deletion.

Children

Raved is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We don't knowingly collect their data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us and we'll help.

Changes

We may update this policy. We'll change the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
